About CPR

after many years working in the Miami - Dade construction/real estate market, I have acquired the knowledge and skills to supply solutions to the needs that I have experienced myself while working in several projects and job sites.

I realized there was a need and so, I have developed a 'consulting services company' to assist developers, general contractors, architects and various owners by facilitating permit expediting among many other resources.

My experience has allowed me to learn and understand the local building codes as they pertain for each scope of work and agencies in which these are needed.

My focus is to provide solutions, to resolve problems and save these professionals and owners alike their valuable time so they can focus on other aspects of the project.
